I’m Zach DeBoer—an artist, educator, and longtime community advocate. I live in the All Saints neighborhood with my wife, Molly, and our seven-year-old daughter, Lucy. I have worked in education for over a decade, teaching students from kindergarten through college. I’m currently an elementary school art teacher at three O'Gorman elementaries.

For years, I’ve worked alongside neighbors, schools, and community groups to make our streets safer, strengthen neighborhood connections, and create places people are proud to call home. My work has always been hands-on, practical, and rooted in listening to the people who live here. I’m running for City Council because I believe Sioux Falls is at its best when we invest in people, neighborhoods, and in the places we love.
